Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for items that are defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

If your item arrives damaged, does not function properly, or is significantly different from what was advertised, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will provide a replacement or a full refund.

For hygiene and electronic safety reasons, we do not accept returns for normal wear and tear, misuse, or change-of-mind purchases where the product is functioning as intended and matches the product description.

In some cases, we may request photo or video evidence of the issue before processing a refund or replacement.
